Shipping

We pack research materials for qualified laboratories in the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Shipping rates

• Standard (USPS) — $12, typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Free on subtotals of $250 or more.
• Express (USPS Priority) — $35, typically 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Cold-chain packing is used where the lot requires it. Those rates are shown on the checkout page before you are sent to Stripe to pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed and packed on the next business day after they are placed. Same-day dispatch is available for orders confirmed before 3:00 PM MST. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 5 business days after the package leaves our facility. Those times are estimates and can change with destination, carrier, peak periods, or weather.

Regions served

We currently ship within the United States only. Temperature-sensitive lots ship with cold-chain packing where required.
