Refunds and returns

Research compounds are controlled materials. Once they leave our facility, we cannot take them back into inventory.

Given the nature of these items and our quality controls, we cannot accept product returns or exchanges. All sales are final after an order has shipped.

If an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged when you receive it, email contact@pepared.com immediately with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents. We will address those cases individually.

To cancel an order, email us before it has shipped. We cannot cancel once the package is in transit.
